Tim Coltrell, Chairman and CEO, has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry, most notably, finding success as CEO of AccountNow, an issuer of prepaid debit cards. Josh Flowers is Chief Financial Officer of CARD.com. Josh previously spent 14 years advising on corporate transactions at Rothschild and Goldman Sachs, including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and debt & equity financings. Josh also previously co-founded a technology investment partnership, and personally enjoys yoga, sailing and spending quality time with friends and family. Terry Murray, Head of Prepaid Operations, is a prepaid veteran with more than 20 years of expertise in project management, account management and finance. She has served as Head of Prepaid Operations at a provider of next generation prepaid products and services. She also served as Senior Business Leader of Client Delivery at Denarii Systems, consulted to a major payment network, and spent six years at Wildcard/FIS in a variety of roles. Oscar Mota, Vice President of Operations at CARD.com, was COO at eCommLink, a prepaid debit transaction processor acquired by Green Dot. Greg Knaddison, Director of Engineering, was the founder of Growing Venture Solutions which was acquired by Acquia, where he became Director of Security Services. Ajaykumar Gopal is Vice President of Growth and Data Science. Ajay received a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Chicago and was a research scientist in biophysics at UCLA. Mike Hirshland is Founder at Resolute.VC. Prior to Resolute, he was an early stage investor at Polaris Venture Partners, where he led investment in notable companies including Automattic (WordPress), Quantcast, Q1 Labs (acquired by IBM), Six Waves/Lolapps, KISSMetrics, Formspring, BlackArrow, Thing Labs (acquired by AOL) and Mail Bypass. Hirshland also sourced Sticky Bits, whose founders went on to restart the company as Turntable.fm. He holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard and a JD from the University of Virginia.

Caribou Honig is a founding partner of QED Investors. His investments span an array of marketing and ad technology companies, particularly in the commerce, online display, and social sectors. He also serves on the board of 33Across, Spruce Media, Optoro and West Cary Group. Caribou’s passion for data-driven marketing grew over a decade as he led key marketing initiatives at Capital One. Responsibilities included a $50MM marketing budget, oversight of a 200-person underwriting operation, and “cracking the code” for digital credit card originations. Caribou holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Philosophy from Harvard University, an MBA from the Darden School of Business, and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Brian Mesic is a Partner at Anthem Venture Partners. Since joining Anthem from McKinsey in 2000, Brian has led successful investments in pioneering companies such as Android (acquired by Google), RF Magic (acquired by Entropic), Planet A.T.E. (acquired by Intersil), Plixi (acquired by Lockerz) and Entropic Communications (NASDAQ: ENTR). He currently serves on the board of directors of Blurb, CoCoDot, Meez, StackIQ, Viewdle and TrueCar. He holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and Economics and an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business.
